FAQ

accessibleGO's experienced customer service representatives review every booking made with accessibleGO, and will work directly with your hotel to ensure that they are actually fulfilled.

Within 48 hours of making a booking on accessibleGO, our team will contact your hotel and convey the accessibility requests you marked or wrote in the request form when completing the booking check out. We will verify that the hotel has assigned you a room that meets your needs, and that they understand that you should not be moved or re-assigned.

You will receive an email from our team confirming that we spoke to your hotel, and detailing what the hotel staff said about your requested accessibility features and room assignment.

While we make every effort to ensure accessibility requests are fulfilled, we cannot guarantee that a specific accessible room or features that have been requested will be available in every case.

We get it — sometimes, travel needs come up at the last minute.

accessibleGO will prioritize same day hotel bookings and do everything we can to ensure the availability of the accessibility features and services you need, but we cannot guarantee accessibility access for same-day bookings.

Our booking process is streamlined to ensure travelers can search for rooms with the accessible features they need, in addition to sharing longer and more specific details about their accessibility needs with our team.

How it works is simple:

After you have picked a hotel and selected a room type you’d like to book, on the checkout page you will be asked if you have any accessibility requests you would like us to communicate to your hotel. There, you can mark the features you require, such as an accessible room with an ADA tub or roll-in shower, and there is space to write any particular needs you have for your stay.

Hotels with accessible rooms that you can book directly will be prioritized in our search results and will be displayed under a blue banner that says “Available accessible rooms.”

If you don't find the results you're looking for, we may still be able to help. Reach out and let us know your travel destination and dates: contact@accessiblego.com

When you search for a hotel on accessibleGO, you'll see a set of filters on the left-hand side of the screen. These filters represent our most popular accessibility requests. To see only those hotels which offer a certain accessibility feature, simply click the check box next to the feature name and the results will automatically update.

Please note that we are constantly adding accessibility information for hotels across the USA, with over 160 cities covered to date and more coming soon.

Absolutely. We understand that flexibility and understanding your options to cancel can be a significant part of your decision to book. That's why we are sure to make a hotel's cancellation policy transparent and clearly available. You can view it at the bottom of the booking checkout page, under the highlighted heading “Cancellation Policy”.

Some hotels offer an option to book now and pay when you arrive at the hotel. Hotel rooms with this option available are clearly noted as such on the room details page.

It looks like this:

Using “Book Now, Pay Later” means you will not be charged at the time you book your hotel on our site, although you will still need to provide a debit or credit card in order to reserve the room. You will be officially charged once you arrive at the hotel. At that time, you can use the card you supplied while making the booking, a different card, or even cash.

It's easy. Just click the button that says “Sign Up” in the upper, right-hand corner of the accessibelGO homepage. You will be asked to provide your name, email, and a unique password.

You will also be offered the option to provide an accessibility nonprofit you are affiliated with, in order to unlock even bigger discounts on hotel rooms. Please note: You are NOT required to be affiliated with an accessibility nonprofit in order to use accessibleGO.

If you don't have any affiliation, just write to us at contact@accessibleGO.com and our team will help you. If you're a caregiver, that's also okay. Just provide the disability organization that the person you are booking for is associated with.
